The Adrenocortex Stress Profile 1002 produces a reliable analysis of the body’s stress response and is known as a critical tool for revealing adrenal imbalances.
The adrenal glands are constantly under demand from lifestyle, physical and psychological stresses. If they become depleted, you may experience adrenal fatigue or insufficiency.
Patients who have weak immune systems and/or are always catching the flu may benefit from this test.
This pathology profile uses four non-invasive saliva samples that are taken over a 12 hour period to monitor the levels of cortisol, DHEA and Secretory IgA throughout the day. The samples are to be collected at the following times: 8:00am, 12:00pm, 4:00pm and 8:00pm.
In today’s society adrenal fatigue is a very common condition with the physical and psychological demands placed on the adrenal glands. This test is used as a critical tool to uncover biochemical imbalances that can be the underlying causes of anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue syndrome, obesity, dysglycemia, and a variety of other clinical conditions that affect a patient’s daily life.
