To comply with Australian regulations, our Doctors must be able to confirm your identity before they can write a prescription for any of our medical products (including Peptides and our Integrative Medical Solutions). Because our medications are prescribed directly to the individual account holder we must validate your identity before processing your order. This is why we require you to upload a photo of your drivers licence or Medicare care card.
It is extremely important you only take medication that is prescribed to you. Our doctors will not prescribe any medical products without proof of identity.
